Do I really own the domain and the site?+
Yes. Domain in your name, files handed over, terms in writing. Nothing breaks if we never talk again.
What happens after the free first year?+
Renewals become yours. Usually under $100 a year, paid to the providers, not to me. On the care plan? I handle them for you.
Why only two builds a month?+
Each one gets done properly. Two a month is what excellent looks like right now. When the founding phase ends, builds become paid work.
How long does a build take?+
Usually two to three weeks, start to handover. You'll see progress along the way, not a surprise at the end.
What if I already have a website?+
Then the consultation is your door. Site exists but the phone isn't ringing? The leak is somewhere else. We'll find it.
Am I signing up for anything?+
No. No contract, no obligation, no upsell meeting. Some clients take the site, say thanks, and that's the whole story. That's fine.
What does the $50 care plan cover?+
Repairs and small tweaks, no meter running. Plus a monthly two-minute report: visits, leads, one thing I'd improve. New features get quoted first.
What counts as project work?+
Fixing a broken process. Lead follow-up, slow quoting, messy intake, manual busywork. Fixed scope, fixed price, from $2,500.
Do you only work in Ottawa?+
No. Ottawa is home base, but everything works remotely. I take clients anywhere in Canada.
